What software do you use for editing?
I use Microsoft Word with tracked changes and TeX Studio to copyedit LaTeX manuscripts.
What is your turnaround time?
Typically, I price for a one-week turnaround but rapid turnaround for deadlines is also available for an added fee.
How much will it cost for you to edit my manuscript?
Editing costs can vary based on a number of factors, including manuscript content, the type of manuscript, overall length, and the extent of editing required. I have estimated starting rates on my Services page.
How can I pay you for editing my manuscript?
Grants with funds allocated for publishing can be used. I can register as a vendor/independent contractor at your institution. I also have other options, including Venmo and Zelle.
What are your qualifications and experience?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychobiology and have worked in academic neuroscience labs as well as in the biotech industry. I have edited manuscripts which have been published in various scientific journals and continue to take editing classes to further my knowledge. Please see my About Me page for more details.
