I use Microsoft Word with tracked changes and TeXstudio to edit LaTeX manuscripts.

Typically, I price for a one-week turnaround but rapid turnaround for deadlines is also available for an added fee.

Editing costs can vary based on a number of factors, including manuscript content, the type of manuscript, overall length, and the extent of editing required. Copyediting starts at $40/1000 words.
How can I pay you for editing my manuscript?
Grants with funds allocated for publishing can be used through your institution’s purchasing department, where I register as a vendor/independent contractor. I also have other options, including Venmo and Zelle.
